Items are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail. Orders will ship out 1-3 buisness days after order has been fulfilled.
UPS may be used during our seasonal quarter or express shipments.
BROKEN/ DAMAGE
If vessels are broken or/ damaged when received, please email a picture as soon as possible. SBS asked that damaged items be taken to your local USPS office. A "DAMAGE REPORT FORM" must be completed, and photos will be talken during this process. All shipping items are covered with issurance, SBS ask that this step is taken to replace all damage items.
